HICAPS - fast claims on the spot

At Lower Templestowe Dental Excellence, we offer fast claims on the spot with our HICAPS terminal. If you have dental health insurance, your health fund card is simply swiped through the HICAPS terminal. The claims details are processed instantly, meaning no need to visit a branch of your health fund, you simply pay the gap amount – the difference between the full fee for the dental treatment and the amount claimed from your health fund.
